Momentum isn’t built by forcing full plans into tired weeks.

It’s built by adjusting expectations without disconnecting.

Pilots don’t suddenly get bad shoulders—they slowly get stiff from the job.

🛑 Scapular wall slides reverse the hunching pattern without stressing tired joints. You’ll breathe easier instantly.

I get this a lot “Who’s this guy? He’s never flown a plane.”

True — but I studied health, fitness, and occupational performance, and my wife spent years as cabin crew in the Middle East. Through her, I saw first-hand what flying actually does to sleep, energy, training, and long-term health.

Aviation has no perfect routine — and most fitness programs are built for exactly that.

So instead of forcing pilots into normal plans, I built systems that bend around real airline life. From pilots in training to captains with decades on the job.

What I care about most is longevity — staying strong, energised, and resilient across an entire flying career.

I’ve got a couple of spots open. Comment or message me and I’ll give you a quick overview of how it works. ✈️

Fat loss doesn’t stall because you’re lazy.

It stalls because you’re tired.

Most pilots respond by doing more

More sessions

More intensity

More effort

But when recovery is already limited, that just piles on fatigue.

Fatigue drives hunger.

Hunger drives eating.

And suddenly you’re working harder for worse results.

This is why fat loss feels unfair in aviation.

The pilots who lean out long term aren’t training the most

They’re managing energy the best.

Sometimes fat loss improves when training volume comes down, not up.

Be honest

Has more training ever actually fixed it for you?

Most pilots aren’t inconsistent.
The plan is.

Flying weeks change.
Energy changes.
Life happens.

So instead of forcing perfect weeks, I use a traffic light system:

🟢 Green = full training
🟠 Amber = reduced volume
🔴 Red = minimum standard

Red weeks aren’t failures.
Amber weeks still count.

This is how pilots stay fit all year — without guilt.

Ever landed on a layover, opened a menu or buffet, and thought

“What here actually counts as protein?” ✈️😅

I’ve put together a free Protein Cheat Sheet for Pilots to make those decisions easier.

It covers:
• hotel buffets
• airports
• global cuisines
• estimating protein without scales

It’s not a diet.
It’s a quick reference for real flying.

DM me PROTEIN and I’ll send it over.

Most pilots are highly professional, disciplined people.

But without clear goals and a plan that accounts for rosters, it’s easy to drift — even with good intentions.

Clear, measurable goals mapped across the year make consistency far easier to maintain.
Progress doesn’t come from motivation. It comes from planning.

Clear goals create momentum.
Planning the year keeps it alive ✈️

Zoom out.
Work backwards.
One planned week at a time.

I’m not a bodybuilder.

I train for longevity — and that’s exactly how I coach pilots.

That means:
• Regular cardio & running
• 2–3 resistance sessions a week
• Daily mobility
• Flexible nutrition that fits real life

Flying already places huge demands on the body.
So I don’t chase extremes or micromanage.

I build systems that run quietly in the background —
and trust pilots to use them when it makes sense.

Train with intent.
Protect the habit.
Think long-term.
