Short on time? Not sure you can do that 45 minute workout you had planned?
That’s okay.
Still choose movement, even if it’s 10 minutes, that’s a step forward.
Avoid making excuses.
💪🏻😎

A new year is upon us and I think it’s a great time to reflect and also set yourself some goals for the year ahead ✨

I’m thrilled with all I’ve achieved this year, in the personal and professional world.
My handful of goals for 2026 I’m sharing are fitness related:
•Take park and complete the Weymouth Half in March (very excited and terrified)
•Continue to better myself and push in my current training split with the support of my coach (hybrid approach)
•Improve rest and recovery - I really struggle to relax and feel as though I need to be constantly busy but recently my friend Clare introduced me to the sauna which I’ve enjoyed, I’d like to introduce this more regularly. I want to continue fuelling my body with good food to aid my performance and recovery😌🍽️

Very excited for a year of new opportunities ✨

How? By reaching out for guidance and support Jamie Heath Online Coaching 💪🏻✨

What is the point of this post? Self celebration? Partially yes. But also to show you what discipline looks like. Ticking boxes day in day out, completing each training session and nailing my nutrition.

Was this process a challenge? Yes in some ways. But with the support of a coach I was able to succeed. Realistic and achievable targets!!! Sustainable!!!

The point of this post is to be honest and raw which as a coach myself I like to show. I, like alot of people need someone to hold me accountable, not motivate me but to report back to. Jamie has provided this. I wanted to show you and my clients that I’m just a human being, not superwoman (I’d love to be, maybe Catwoman 🤔😂) but just me. And coaches struggle too.

Follow along for the next step on my journey…. Major gains coming soon 🤔😂💪🏻?!!?

Keep showing up.
Even when it’s hard, show up.
Even when you don’t want to, show up.

Be consistent. That’s the only way things will change.

No WIEIAD here just a couple of food snaps (the very non aesthetic version) 😉
I like eating the same thing for breakfast and lunch each day, it’s helped me hit my nutrition goals but also so much easier as my meals are prepped/quick/easy to fit around my working day.
Recently joined the ‘porridge’ clan: and I am hooked, anyone who knows me knows I LOVE CEREAL, especially weetabix 🥲 but now it’s oats, whey and choccy spread 😋
•flatbread pizzas
•homemade ice cream
•Nando’s Fakeaway
•quick convenient protein snacks
•bagels
•fajitas….
Just all the good stuff 😂 I’m really enjoying my food, keeping my protein high and hitting a calorie target that fits with my goals (thanks coach🫡💪🏻)
