A brilliant day out for the stABILITY dream team yesterday as we visited the amazing Corfe Castle!

There were lots of fun games and activities, a trip up to the top to be the Kings & Queens of the castle and even a visit and a wave from a steam train!🚂

TOTAL DELICIOUSNESS w/ The Friendly Food Club 😋

Last week we were lucky enough to be invited along to the incredible event hosted by our amazing and wonderful friends at The Friendly Food Club! 🥦

Members were treated to LIVE cooking demonstrations from professional chefs & bakers including the brilliant Lesley Waters & were then able to put their own independent-living skills to the test by recreating the scrumptious dishes themselves! 🥣

We are SO proud of our Members for jumping straight into the action with fantastic peeling, cutting, whisking, stirring, wrapping and of course.. tasting!! 🤣

Each Member contributed something towards the team effort and the results were simply divine 🤤 all of the skills developed will help us prepare our own healthy, tasty meals both at home and on our overnight stABILITY respite stays! 🏠

A HUGE, HUGE thank you to Mark and all of the sensational Friendly Food Club volunteers for hosting us and making the day such an enjoyable and accessible experience for us all. We would definitely love to come back for seconds!! 😁

She has been taking part in HYROX Barcelona 2026 and recorded a time of 2:04:02 - which ousted her previous PB by a whopping 34 minutes! 💥💪
