A series of Austin 7 related films are being shown on Talking Pictures TV. This has come about as a result of their recent publication on the Archive web site and we were approached regarding them being shown on their channel. First and foremost, this is a remarkable 'spin off' from the publication on-line of these films. More than that, they aren't the only TV company that have been in touch, 2 other production companies have also approached us requesting the use of extracts in programs they are making. I consider that to be a huge success for the work of the Archive Team.

Had a fantastic day at the VSCC New Years driving tests at Brooklands on Sunday. For the first time since 1939 the score board was used for the Test Hill. I finished top in the morning & Olly Sanders second in the afternoon.
I had a great morning but the afternoon could of gone better. I think on one of the tests I pushed a bit to far - only having 2 wheels on tarmac is never clever.
Anyway, if you haven't been to Brooklands museum for a while it's worth a visit. The relocated hanger display is amazing & child friendly.

Following great weekend at Curborough I finally decided enough bouncing and new springs required - just got first one out guess not bad for nearly 85 years of service.
I will be getting new ones made if any one needs any 'dead flat' rears
