Why is support from others so important

Personally having support is so important for me! I realised this the most from my marathon! Seeing all my friends turn up and Surprise me, cheering and holding up signs while I was running round, left me feeling incredible. This feeling will stick with me forever. It gave me the drive I needed to finish the race strong 💪

Support from others is crucial in fitness for several reasons.
Firstly, having a support system provides accountability, which can help you stay motivated and committed to your fitness goals.

Additionally, receiving encouragement and advice from others can boost your confidence and morale, making it easier to overcome obstacles and stay on track.

Sharing your fitness journey with others can create a sense of community and camaraderie, creating a positive environment for personal growth and achievement.

This can be support from family and friends or a fitness coach or personal trainer. Whatever works for you as an individual!

Craig has been brilliant, I decided to join one of his 12 weeks plans that he was offering. I wanted to start focusing on myself and get back in good shape,

My main aim was to change my body shape and tone up, and improve my overall health & wellbeing.

The support & encouragement I got from Craig was amazing, the program he created and set out for me, was realistic and enjoyable, Craig has always on hand to praise and encouragement me throughout the my plan, this really made me feel good and confident, this made excited for my the next session, he also helped me massively with improving my Nutrition, I’m now eating cleaner, whilst training 3 times a week.

I’m really pleased with the results, my goals were achieved, I feel so much better within myself, my sleep has become much better & most importantly I’m looking in good shape.
I’m looking forward continuing with my progress in 2024
