BIG MATT’S BIRTHDAY BASH 💥🎂🏃‍♂️

90’s called… and we answered! 😎✨

Our adult 5K was one BIG throwback — fluorescent vibes, sweatbands, 90s/99s tunes, and a whole load of people running, dancing and having an absolute blast! 🔥🎶

From the first step to the finish line, you lot absolutely smashed it… and somehow made a 5K look like the easiest birthday party ever! 😂💪

Happy birthday, Big Matt! 🥳 What a way to celebrate! 🎉

One of our amazing Fun Run & Bass regulars, hanforrest98 , has secured a place in the 2027 London Marathon! 🎉

Hanna is taking on this incredible challenge to raise money for the fantastic weston_hospicecare, and we’d love to help her smash her fundraising target. 💙

To support the cause, Hanna has been hand-making these brilliant Fun Run & Bass headbands, with 100% of the £5 sale price going directly to Weston Hospicecare. 🙌

BAM BAM BAM… YOU ALL SMASHED IT… AGAIN! 🥳🔥

Some of our littlest Fun Run and Bass crew have built up SO much stamina by showing up and running that 2K week after week — and now they’re absolutely flying through it like it’s a breeze! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💪🏻

We see the parents who bring their kids along for the first time, and we know the feeling when those little legs start saying, “I CAN’T DO IT!” 😅

But this is what it’s all about. Showing up, sticking with it, and watching them go from struggling to complete the 2K… to absolutely CRUSHING IT is so special. ❤️

And the best bit? They’re learning a lesson that will stay with them for life — if you keep showing up and stick at it, you WILL get there. 💪🏻✨
