Walking rugby is open to both men and ladies all you need to be able to do is walk catch pass and have fun
We don’t tackle you just touch the ball carrier with both hands
Great fun good for fitness and age and ability doesn’t matter we have ages currently up to 74 and currently have three ladies enjoying the game we play Saturday mornings 845 and Wednesday evenings 645
