Another long standing Ranger is taking her next steps, as she moves on to university ahead of the new season...

A talisman at the heart of the defence, Leah has been an almost ever-present for Rangers across the last two seasons. With pace for days, and a strong physical presence, Leah added additional strings to her already capable bow this past year, making her an all round quality footballer whose presence will be massively missed in 2026/27...

This one goes out to a special player, who is about to embark on the next journey as she heads off to university ahead of next season!

From convincing the coaching team to carry on into Women's Football and being a key part in bringing in the required support from our friends at The Boathouse as primary sponsors, to being lead kit washer, flapjack provider and social media content supplier... Emily's efforts and contribution off the pitch over the past two seasons have been both inspirational and essential to providing the foundations for where we are as a team!

Although we're convinced we'll see plenty of her next season when she's not fully embracing Uni life... she'll be massively missed around the club!

Congratulations to Laura, our Manager’s Player of the Season 👏

This was an incredibly tough decision after such a successful season, with every player who pulled on the Rangers shirt making a huge contribution to the squad’s achievements.

Laura stood out not only as our top goalscorer, but also as our captain, showing outstanding leadership through some challenging moments — particularly at the start of the season. Her commitment, determination and influence on the team have been clear for everyone to see.

When Laura was unable to continue playing after the new year, she still stepped up for the team, continuing to support both the squad and coaching staff by attending matches and training sessions. That level of dedication speaks volumes about her character and leadership.

A thoroughly deserved award — congratulations, Laura! 💙👏⚽

Congratulations to Millie, our Players’ Player of the Season 👏

Voted for by the squad, Millie was a convincing winner of this award — a reflection of just how highly thought of she is by her teammates.

Millie has made a huge contribution all over the pitch this season, chipping in with goals, providing assists, and even stepping into defence when needed — often without even being asked. Her versatility, commitment and willingness to do whatever the team needed made her invaluable throughout the campaign.

Not only was Millie dependable on the pitch, but she also became a real vocal leader off it, particularly during a spell on the sidelines through injury midway through the season. Her support, encouragement and presence within the squad never went unnoticed.

Congratulations to Evie, our Young Player of the Season 👏

Evie was another player who showed incredible improvement throughout the season and this award is thoroughly deserved.

Coming into the campaign with a significant injury, Evie showed real determination and resilience, never letting it hold her back. She battled hard on the pitch and became a dependable physical presence in the back line, whether starting the match or making an impact from the bench.

When a change in formation meant losing her place in the starting XI, Evie responded brilliantly — continuing to work hard in both training and matches, showing a fantastic attitude as she adapted and learned a new position.

Evie is also talked about fondly by her peers and I’m sure everyone will join us in saying a huge well done, Evie — a brilliant season!👏⚽💙
