After receiving lots of interest from athletes over the summer who missed our new season try outs, we are excited to announce another opportunity to join South West Sharks 🦈

Whether you're interested in joining one of our competition or Cheer For Fun teams, aged from 5 +, we'd love to welcome you to the Sharks family. If you have a child, tween or teen at home that you want to gain confidence, meet new friends, get moving and have fun then come see what cheer is all about.

I need your help!

Party in the Park is on the 30th July at Brent House Farm Shop/Cafe, just outside Lympsham. We have got three hours of free family fun lined up, but we need more people to know about it.

Please could you help promote my free family event on the 30th July by sharing and tagging friends and family with children.

Party in the Park is a free to attend family fun day run by Action Pussycat and Together Pussycat CIC. It includes free live entertainment from Action Pussycat, magic, games, mascots circus skills, craft activities, dance and cheerleading demos. There are also paid attractions such as inflatables, face painting, glitter tattoos, air soft target practice, fairground rides and stalls. The cafe will also be open for hot and cold food, ice creams and drinks.

Children can meet Bluey, Chase from Paw Patrol and Rumi the K Pop Demon Hunter. Rumi will do a live performance of the hit single Golden. There will also be characters from this years pantomime at The Blakehay Theatre.

The event is on Thursday 30th July from 11am to 2pm at Brent House Farm Shop. More information on the event can be found on Party in the Park link.

This is where it all started. 🩵🦈

Ten athletes. One team. One dream.

We made a promise to each other from day one. To work harder than we ever had before, to keep pushing our skills no matter the outcome, and to stand by one another through every challenge and every success.

There were no guarantees. Just belief, determination, and a dream that felt bigger than us.

Without these ten athletes believing in that dream, there would be no Sharks as you know it today. They laid the foundations of our family, our culture, and everything we’ve built together since.

Today, a new chapter begins.

To everyone walking through our doors for tryouts today, embrace every moment. This is more than a team. It’s the start of your journey, your friendships, your memories, and your story.
