Join our weekly Zumba classes at John Holt Youth and Community Centre in Westhoughton, every Tuesday from 18:30-19:15 and Thursday from 20:45-21:30! The Tuesday class is strictly aged 16+ only, though the Thursday class we will allow people as young as 10 providing they have a responsible adult taking part in the class with them. a... Sounds scary - it's not, we promise! There is no need to come armed with fierce dance moves, we just want you to come along and have fun! No expectations, if you're happy then we are! Trainers or other sensible shoes are required and be sure to wear comfortable clothing so you can move freely. Bring plenty of water and maybe even towel if you think you might need it (even as instructors I know we will)
It's £3.50 per class AND as an added extra if there are 15 or more people in the class then a selected Zumba goer will recieve a free class! Ladies and Gents alike are invited to take part - after all its not just the ladies who can rock out the smooth moves :)
