Measuring your food isn’t about restriction - it’s about awareness. Small habits like this can make a big difference over time. ⭐️

Speedy Red Thai Curry (serves 2)
Ingredients:
- Sea bass fillets (or any other protein of your choice)
- 100g plum tomatoes
- x1 Pepper
(Or swap either of these vegetables for your favourites!)
- 2 tsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of curry powder
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp of tomato purée
- 1 tsp of sweetener (or a dash of sugar)
- 1 tsp of red Thai paste
- 3 heaped tbsp of low-fat crème fraiche
- A couple handfuls of baby spinach (optional)

Recipe:
1. Chop up your vegetables and drizzle with 1 tsp of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Coat your sea bass fillets in the curry powder.
3. Add both the vegetables and fish to the air fryer, or oven, to cook- using your usual cooking instructions.
4. Heat up a 1tsp of olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic cloves, tomato purée, red Thai paste and sweetener and mix until well combined. Add a little water and the crème fraiche for a smooth curry sauce. Allow to simmer before adding the spinach a handful at a time.
5. Once cooked, plate up the fish and vegetables and pour over your red Thai sauce. Enjoy!

Serve with either rice or noodles. 🍜

Not sure what the right portion size actually looks like? 🍽️🤔

Many people struggle with weight management not because they’re eating the wrong foods - but because portion sizes are off.
To help, I’ve created a FREE Portion Wise poster that makes it easy to visual/measure balanced portions for everyday meals.
✔️ Practical
✔️ Easy to follow
✔️ And perfect for the kitchen side or fridge
If you’d like a copy, comment “POSTER” or send me a message and I’ll send it to you.

If you’re looking for more personalised support, my Nutrition & Weight Management Programmes help you build sustainable habits and achieve long-term results.🌿

You don’t need more hours in the day - you need a plan that works with your life 📅.
If your schedule is packed, that doesn’t mean you put your health on hold. It just means we stop waiting for the “perfect time” and start using what’s available.
🏋️‍♀️Short workouts count.
🥒Simple meals count.
Meal prep doesn’t have to be fancy, and exercise doesn’t have to be an hour long to matter.
The goal isn’t doing everything. It’s doing something consistently. The time is going to pass - might as well use a little of it to take care of yourself. ☺️
No excuses, but also no extremes. Just realistic habits you can keep to 👏✨

Trying to lose weight doesn’t mean eating less all day- it means eating strategically 👀
Snacks should control hunger, stabilise blood sugar/energy levels, and prevent overeating later.
Choose snacks that match your balanced meals; 🍛 protein-rich, high-fibre and moderate in carbs and calories. Options include: yoghurt, fruits, vegetables, homemade oat bars etc. 🍓🥒Here’s a link for some savvy swaps > https://www.nhs.uk/healthier-families/food-facts/healthier-food-swaps/
Hydration is key too as it reduces the confusion between hunger and thirst. 💧 Water is also essential for nearly every bodily function!
And finally, avoid feeling restricted when wanting crisps/chocolate etc, and thinking of them as “bad foods”. No food is bad, we just have to be mindful of how much we put inside for each type of food. 🍫 I can’t not have a bit of chocolate here and there- so I’m buying multi-packs to help me feel more in control of how much I eat ☺️
