ZUMBA ANGELS! 😇 let’s hear it for the girls- I’m BEYOND grateful to have these absolute beauties on stage with me in Zumba- they look incredible up there (throw back video!) and I just love seeing them all flourish with their instructor confidence over the years. How lucky am I to be able to know class is in SUCH safe hands if I ever can’t be there? Thank you so much, angels! .whitexox and Especially big thank you to Sophia for being the one with the keys, the kit and the iPad! I’m so grateful 🙏🏻🥰❤️

LIVING for this moment a couple of Saturdays ago- what with all of us going through our twenties together in our fitness journeys, then stepping into motherhood one after the other, it’s now less often that we’re all in the room at the same time! I am SO grateful to these girls for stepping in to cover STRONG Nation when I need to be off.

This week’s Yoga Tuesday play moments 🤣❤️ Watch the end to see turn me into a human pretzel 🤣🤣. I didn’t film the calm, peaceful, mindful moments that I adore in this class… but I did capture these brilliant moments of exploring movement through play. DISCLAIMER: these are playful Advanced OPTIONS that Maddie likes to throw out there as a choice for those who want to try! She’s showing most of the class on a beginner and intermediate level - so don’t panic if you’re thinking of coming as a beginner please, she won’t make you do this 🙈🤣🫣. I’m amazed at how quickly my flexibility has improved- almost back to my dancer days! thanks for showing me yoga can be giggly and fun as well as calming and strengthening. I just love it. You are AMAZING! Who’s coming to join the calming fun next Tuesday? 8:05pm at Pickhurst Juniors.

There’s not much a good class can’t fix 😉 In Zumba we just b***y shake our way out of a bad day 😅 and that goes for the instructors too 🤣. Let me know in the comments when Zumba or any of our classes have helped turn your day around and turn your frown upside down!
