MY WEBSITE IS LIVE!!! 💥👊🏼

Sometimes stressful times and circumstances out of your control push you to do better & be better! ⭐️

When Instagram decided to take away the live feature of my page, I was no longer able to do my online classes from there, and although this was extremely stressful as I honestly had no idea they were even planning to do this, I panicked and cried, and stressed myself out so much about how I was going to continue my online classes!

There was no other option than to come out of my comfort zone and with a lot of help from my lovely tech savvy friends I was able to build a website that I can now hold my online classes on over there, and although it’s taken a lot of getting used to I think I’m slowly getting the hang of it!

So sometimes these things happen, so better things can come, If it wasn’t for Instagram taking the live feature away from me I wouldn’t have built my website, so for that, now I’m grateful. 🙏🏻☺️

This is my amazing client Reshmee and her fantastic results!! 🙌🏼💥☺️

I have been training with Reshmee for over a year now and she puts 100% into every single session we have together, she has made changes to her diet, but still enjoys her treats and socialising without any major restrictions.

Her hard work and dedication to her fitness journey is admirable and so inspiring, and she proves that if you want something badly enough, you can do it, it just takes hard work, dedication and staying consistent, all of which Reshmee has done throughout her journey.

There is no going back, she has built a healthy new habit, with exercising and her nutrition which works for her that she is sticking too and the results speak for themselves.

you are amazing, you inspire me daily and I absolutely love training with you & see you progress week on week!!

For those of you who just follow me on here, please add me on my zumba facebook account too (Aimee Zumba) as that's where I post most of my updates etc. - There will be no zumba next Monday due to the bank holiday but will resume the following Monday the 13th.
