A Sunday to soften, energise, and reconnect. Begin your day with an uplifting Hatha Vinyasa flow to awaken the body and spark your inner energy, followed by a nourishing light vegan lunch. Ease into the afternoon with quiet, grounding practices of yin yoga, breathwork, and sound, inviting deep rest, presence, and connection. A gentle space to reset, restore, and return to yourself.

Whether you’re curious about getting upside down for the first time or looking to refine your technique, this supportive and playful session will guide you through the foundations of safe and confident inversions. We’ll explore alignment, strength, balance, and mindset while breaking down poses step-by-step with plenty of options and modifications.

You’ll learn drills and techniques to build stability in the shoulders and core, develop body awareness, and practice headstand and forearm balance in a safe and encouraging environment. Wall support and partner work will be available, so everyone can progress at their own pace.

Expect a mix of strength building, mobility work, and plenty of time to play and explore upside down. Come ready to challenge yourself, have fun, and see the world from a new perspective.

Breathing affects your mood, mental clarity, and nervous system. When stressed, our automatic breathing patterns can get off balance. By tuning into our breath, we can regain clarity and calmness.

In the Quiet Practice workshop, we use slow Yin postures to open up and a 30-minute Deep Relaxation Breathwork session with 5 different techniques to bring balance and tranquility to your being 😇

Our next Extended Yoga Practice is 🌸Spring Detox.

🔔Due to popular demand, extra spaces has been added - Last 2 spaces left!🔔

🌱Spring is a season of renewal and growth, and this extended yoga practice is designed to help you reset, refresh, and feel lighter in both body and mind. With a focus on twisting postures, the session supports the body’s natural detoxification processes while enhancing digestion, spinal mobility, and overall vitality. Through mindful movement, conscious breathwork, and intentional sequencing, twists gently stimulate the internal organs, release stored tension, and create space for fresh energy to circulate. The practice will begin with a gentle Yin-inspired warm-up, followed by a dynamic flow incorporating both standing and seated twists. You’ll leave feeling grounded, renewed, and deeply connected to the natural rhythm of the season, ready to welcome spring with clarity and ease.

Throughout 2026, I’ll be offering three styles of workshops designed to support growth and depth in your practice.

Last Sunday, 18 yogis came together for an Extended Yoga Practice of Hatha Vinyasa with a grounded Tao Meditation. It was a full invitation to embrace both body and soul.

The next workshop is a Quiet Practice: an exploration of Active Release Techniques for the fascia combined with passive yin postures, followed by a nourishing Sound Bath to settle the nervous system and integrate the experience. Take time for self-care 👇😇

Blissful Spine Yoga, designed to encourage healthy spinal mobility while strengthening the core muscles that support the spine.

Inspired by my training in Bali, this class weaves together mindful yoga movements with targeted core exercises to promote stability, flexibility, and ease of movement. Some of the sequences are designed by one of my teachers who is also a physiotherapist, offering a functional approach to spinal health.

Expect a balanced, accessible class that supports posture, relieves tension, and helps you move with greater comfort and awareness in everyday life.

Classes begin Thursday 15th January

After a period of festive overindulgence, a longer yoga practice offers a compassionate reset for the body and mind. Slow, mindful movement helps stimulate digestion, release heaviness, and ease tension held in the hips, spine, and shoulders, while conscious breathing supports detoxification and calms the nervous system. Twists, forward folds, and soft backbends encourage circulation and space, inviting a sense of lightness and renewal without force or judgment. This is a time to listen inward, move with kindness, and reconnect to balance—honoring the body as it unwinds, restores, and returns to its natural rhythm.

Light on Winter Solstice

Our practice today honoured the darkest night and the gentle return of light. It was a moment to offer gratitude to nature’s cycles, which mirrored our own; sacred time to reflect, to pause, and to rest before renewal began.

Our affirmation today:

I am grateful for myself.
I am doing the best I can.
And that is enough.

When we open ourselves to gratitude, we create space for joy and abundance to flow. And we can say “Yes!” to life.
