A very special weekend for one of our Rudham Ladies, as our lovely Charlie married Neil! ❤️

It was a beautiful day, followed by a fantastic evening celebrating the new Mr & Mrs. The bride looked absolutely stunning and the groom scrubbed up pretty well too! 😉🥰

🏏💕 U15 Girls Presentation Night 💕🏏

Pizza, mocktails, cake, sweets and plenty of music… not a bad way to finish off the season! 🍕🍹🍰🎶

Our U15 girls got together at the club on Friday night for their end-of-season presentation and a chance to chill, have some fun and celebrate a great season together.

Every girl went home with a medal and certificate, plus a framed action shot of themselves as a little keepsake from the season. 🏅

And our two big awards of the night went to…

Well done girls! A lovely night with a brilliant bunch, and a great way to round off the season. 💚🏏

🏏 U15s HARDBALL FRIENDLY – TUESDAY 1ST SEPTEMBER 🏏

We’re putting on a friendly U15s hardball game at Rudham to give our young players another chance to get out in the middle, gain some match experience and, most importantly, enjoy some cricket! 💚

We’re looking like we’ve got enough for a game already, but the more the merrier – so if you know an U15 who plays hardball cricket, or is ready to give it a go, we’d love them to join us.

It’s all about development, confidence and having fun in a friendly, relaxed game – no pressure, just plenty of cricket! 🙌

🏆💚 LEAGUE CHAMPIONS!! 💚🏆

Our first season as Rudham Ladies… and we only went and WON THE LEAGUE!! 🎉🏏

Okay, we're sharing the honours with Fakenham 😉 — but joint league winners in our very first season as Rudham?! We'll absolutely take that! 🏆💚

What a season this group of ladies has had. From our very first league game to our last, every single player who has pulled on the Rudham shirt has played their part.

We've batted, bowled, fielded, taken catches, scored runs, encouraged each other, learned together and laughed… a lot! 😂 And through it all we've played as a team.

There have been some fantastic individual performances along the way, but this title belongs to everyone. Different players have stepped up when we've needed them, we've supported each other through the good games and the tougher ones, and we've shown just what a brilliant little team we've become. 💚

A huge mention has to go to our captain Ami, who has led us brilliantly throughout our first league season. 👏 Keeping us organised, encouraging everyone and making sure every player feels part of the team — captaincy isn't always an easy job, but she's done us proud.

And a massive thank you to everyone who has helped us along the way — our scorers, umpires, supporters, sponsors and everyone behind the scenes who makes it possible for us to get out there and play.

When we started this season under the Rudham & District CC name, I don't think we could have asked for a much better first chapter.

First season. First league title. 🥹🏆
We may be sharing that top spot, but we couldn't be prouder to call ourselves...

🏏 FINAL LEAGUE GAME! 💚

It’s our last league game of the season this morning as Rudham & District Ladies welcome Great Witchingham to Rudham.

It’s been a brilliant league campaign for the ladies, with plenty of good cricket, great teamwork and lots of laughs along the way. We’ll be hoping to finish it off in style this morning! 💪🏏

🏏 Match Report | Rudham & District Ladies Softball 🏏

On a hot and sticky Tuesday evening, we welcomed Reepham & Salle for another enjoyable evening of softball cricket.

Rudham won the toss and elected to field first. Reepham & Salle batted well, setting us a target of 294, but our fielding was disciplined throughout, with everyone working hard and supporting one another to keep the score within reach.

Chasing 294, we responded confidently with the bat, keeping the scoreboard ticking over and finishing on 309 to secure the win.

It was a fantastic game played in great spirit, with plenty of encouragement, laughter and sportsmanship from both teams. A big thank you to Reepham & Salle – a lovely group of ladies and girls who were a pleasure to play against.

Congratulations to Gem on being named our well-deserved Player of the Match! 👏💚🏏
