Yesterday, I had the pleasure of spending time with the physio teams at the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust Ulster Hospital, delivering training on their new Neo+StrideSmart Anti-Gravity Treadmill from AlterG Anti-Gravity Systems.
The Ulster Hospital is now the 7th NHS hospital in Northern Ireland to invest in this innovative rehabilitation technology, highlighting the growing recognition of the benefits that anti-gravity training can bring across a wide range of patient populations.
The team were fully engaged throughout the session, asking insightful questions and exploring how the technology can be integrated into their rehabilitation pathways. It was fantastic to see their enthusiasm and to discuss the significant impact the Neo+StrideSmart can have in helping patients regain mobility, confidence, and function while reducing load during recovery.
Thank you to Reuben and the entire team for the warm welcome and active participation. I look forward to hearing about the positive outcomes and success stories as they begin using the system with their patients.
