A little glimpse inside the newly refurbished studio. 👀

We now have the following equipment from Legacy Pilates Apparatus and .pilates.equipment
💫 Reformer - the OG! Our reformer closely replicates Joseph Pilates' original design.
🌟 Tower - it looks a bit scary but it's a wonderfully accessible, supportive and fun piece of equipment.
✨ Wunda Chair - like a mini reformer. Small but packs a punch!

In addition, we also have the following bespoke equipment made specially for the studio:
🌟 Ladder Barrel - great for improving strength, flexibility and spinal alignment.
💫 Spine Corrector - ideal for relieving tension and promoting great posture.

There are also some added extras that you may not be so familiar with such as:

All set for mat Pilates this morning. Today our focus is small equipment. My mixed ability class will be enjoying a weighted ball session and my beginners course finishes today with an introduction to the band 💪, mini ball 🎾 and magic circle ✨⭕️ . We’ve got all the toys out today! 😍

It was a glorious early start .core.reformers this morning. First routine of the month all done and dusted before 8am! This month we are building up towards teaser and front splits. Just what you need before breakfast. 😅🙌🌟

This is my Chair and Standing Pilates class and they are fabulous! That work so hard and the results of their efforts are obvious. Their mobility has increased, they are all stronger and working with more control. Most importantly they are noticing the difference in their daily lives. One lady told me that she can now pick things up from the floor when before her husband leapt to her aid. It may sound like a small thing but these improvements are so empowering. 💫🌟👏💪😍
