It always seems impossible until it’s done 🌿✨

I got the news I passed my second yoga exams and I am now a certified stretching and mobility coach 💪🏻 using yoga to help people restore and enhance their basic range of motion and increase flexibility and mobility throughout the body, relieving joint and arthritis pain along the way✨

Excited to be available for 1-1 mobility classes and will be looking into small group sessions, exciting times!!

Muscles grow best when they are contracted and stretch best when they are relaxed. It is wise to keep deep, opening focused poses to the end of a practice when the muscles are warm, and keep light dynamic stretches as part of your warm-up. Post flow/ work-out muscles are relaxed and will offer greater range of motion, also a safer period for long static stretching like Yin!

Movement can reduce risk of major illnesses such as heart disease, stretching can reduce inflammation helping with arthritis and joint pain, flexing improves posture and relaxes the mind.

Everyone's practice is different and the same is true for teachers and classes.
I have 2 spaces free for tomorrows class , a dynamic yoga flow that works on strength and mobility through 40 minutes of constant movement finishing with 20 minutes of static yin poses to stretch, relax and release the stress in the body.
