The children’s play area at the playing field is closed for next few days due the wasps issue, we have found nests in the grounds, the nest has been treated but you will appreciate that at this time it is not safe for young children running around.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks to everyone that came to the fete to make it a very special day. With great stalls from local businesses, charities/local groups, melodic tunes from the Bozeat Players and local band. The bubble machine certainly entertained the younger ones, plus we had walking dinosaurs and a human sized puppet. Thanks to the refreshments team for delicious burgers and hot/cold drinks.

We’re getting set up for a great day at the fete. See you all at 1pm.

Only 4 weeks until our fun-filled village fete will be entertaining us at Bozeat Playing Field. - Sunday 12th July from 1-5pm.

Music, food, raffle, tombola, games, local businesses, charity stalls and local groups. It really is an afternoon for all ages.

The BPFA profit made from the Fete will help us fundraise towards the renovation of the Pavilion. We can then proudly continue to provide you with this amazing space for sports, entertainment and community.

Fingers crossed for amazing weather.

Don’t forget…Bozeat playing field charity recycle shop will be open tomorrow at 9.30 to 12.30. Come along and enjoy a cup of tea 🍵 or coffee or hot chocolate 🍵 or just a browse round. There are lots of new items in stock. Thanks for everyone’s support.

Huge day for Bozeat Charity shop, 10 years of service and fundraising for the BPFA. Many thanks to Sue Evans (and of course Keith) providing valuable funds to the BPFA and creating an amazing community group. The Saturdays are such a friendly group. Thanks to all the wonderful volunteers. The cakes, teas and coffee wonderful as always!

Anyone for tennis? 🎾 Perfect for the family or group of friends.

Why not book a game of tennis at the Bozeat Playing Field?

The MUGA (Multi Use Games Area) is available for hire between 8am and 9pm. The area is floodlit, with a polymeric surface, which is ideal for a number of sports, including tennis, football, basketball, netball, and hockey.

Prices:
Tennis (up to 4 players): £3 each per hour (i.e £6 for 2 players and £12 for 4 players).
