I’ feel like it’s a good time to reintroduce myself and share some exciting updates on what I’m offering as a personal trainer! If you’re looking to improve your fitness, build muscle, lose weight, or simply feel your best, here’s how I can help you reach your goals.
I focus on quality movement, perfecting your form, and helping you make progress that truly lasts. I work with each client to create a bespoke program tailored to their unique goals and needs. My approach includes specific rep ranges, tempos, and intentional planning in every session to make sure you’re moving forward safely and effectively.

I’m now offering online and hybrid coaching options to reach even more people:
• Online Coaching: Get full access to an app that provides personalized programming, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, and instructional videos to keep you on track no matter where you are.
• Hybrid Coaching: This includes one in-person PT session each week at Corby Pure Gym, along with all the benefits of online coaching to support you through the rest of your week.
With each option, you’ll receive a highly individualized program designed to help you improve your strengths, address any weaknesses, and stay accountable. You’ll also have direct messaging access to me for ongoing support and guidance.
