I’ feel like it’s a good time to reintroduce myself and share some exciting updates on what I’m offering as a personal trainer! If you’re looking to improve your fitness, build muscle, lose weight, or simply feel your best, here’s how I can help you reach your goals.

I focus on quality movement, perfecting your form, and helping you make progress that truly lasts. I work with each client to create a bespoke program tailored to their unique goals and needs. My approach includes specific rep ranges, tempos, and intentional planning in every session to make sure you’re moving forward safely and effectively.

I’m now offering online and hybrid coaching options to reach even more people:
• Online Coaching: Get full access to an app that provides personalized programming, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, and instructional videos to keep you on track no matter where you are.
• Hybrid Coaching: This includes one in-person PT session each week at Corby Pure Gym, along with all the benefits of online coaching to support you through the rest of your week.

With each option, you’ll receive a highly individualized program designed to help you improve your strengths, address any weaknesses, and stay accountable. You’ll also have direct messaging access to me for ongoing support and guidance.

Quality Form vs. Bad Form: The Game Changer in Your Fitness Journey

Let’s talk about something that often gets overlooked on the gym floor: quality form. Too often, I see people (even some personal trainers!) going through the motions—just cranking out reps and sets without focusing on how they’re moving. And, honestly? It blows my mind.

Here’s why this matters:

💥 Injury Risk: Poor-quality movement is one of the biggest contributors to gym injuries. Trying to lift, press, or squat without proper form multiplies the risk of injury by tenfold. Serious injuries don’t just stall your progress—they can set you back by months or even years. Quality form is non-negotiable if you want a safe, sustainable fitness journey.

📈 Progress & Motivation: Beyond avoiding injury, bad form limits your growth. You simply can’t make steady progress if your movements aren’t correct. And when progress halts, frustration builds. People often get disheartened, thinking, “Maybe fitness just isn’t for me.” But in reality, it’s about movement quality. Rainy Saturday morning shuffle 🤝Bit faster than my usual zone 2 runs but I wanted to push the limits a little bit to see how much I could control that heart rate. It did dip in and out of the 150s a few times on a very hilly route but I’m happy with the overall pacing and heart rate control, especially with a deadlift based work out on 13 hours prior. Dialled in and ready for more 🧱

Yesterday mornings session was a blast for the members and a new structure to the session was a big hit!

I personally don’t like the word bootcamp, a generalisation of 15 random work stations with no real structure or reasoning behind it. Don’t get me wrong a lot of people love that but I think there’s so much more to it than that.

• Learn the movements and learn how they impact your circuit/bootcamp

• build intensity in the movements and learn how getting stronger will have a direct correlation with your fitness goals

•implement everything into a carefully structured circuit session

If I can’t explain the benefit of an exercise to you, I will not be having it in my classes.
