Lessons
All lessons are with a WSA qualified instructor with safety/rescue experience. Beginner - basic safety basic turns
Intermediate - more advanced paddle techniques and turns
Accelerator - advanced paddle control and speed turns.
1-1 £45 pp
Group £30pp
Board tryouts 45pp(3 boards from fleet)

If your new to sup - welcome to paddle boarding 👋👋, definitely get a lesson , as a good instructor will give you a good understanding of kit what to get and what not to get , you will also learn some super tips to get you paddling confidently. Kids should be in life jackets and not attached to your board, you can wear a pfd and if you’re on the sea a leash. Most of all have great fun and adventures within your comfort zone 👍👍 Rich

A big thank you to all the awesome student that came for race/improver lessons last weekend at the fun day ,it was a full turnout , it was great fun and amazing to see you all improving your skills , straight paddling, navigating chop, trimming for wind, reacting to emergencies, open water rescue demo, reach back turns , paddle control, foot work (step back race turns ) and the importance of moving your feet. A massive well done especially after a long weekend of fun and partying, thanks to Alicia Goodchild , Matt Fresha, Chris Godman and Adrian and Nikki Ann for the support in making this happen - big lov - Rich / Sup Wellingborough, more race sessions soon 😄🏄‍♂️💨💨💨

This is an amazing time of year for sup we feel the sun, we change from our heavy winter clothing and winter kit. But guess what THE WATER CAN BE FREEZING 🥶 still. I regularly get messages and calls from established paddlers saying they have experienced COLD SHOCK for the first time , it literally takes the breath out of you. So be careful be prepared try to acclimatise (touch the water frequently )
