I mean we always knew our classes were the hottest around but now theyโre even hotter!
Please be sure weโre turning the intensity down a notch so you can keep moving safely and actually enjoy it.

Taking it down โ Expect lower impact options, more recovery time, and less โgo until you dropโ. Weโll still work you, just smarter.
Fans + doors open โ Weโve got airflow maxed out.
Hydration breaks built in โ Donโt skip them. Water is your best mate right now.
Tips for you before/during class:
Hydrate early โ Sip water all day, not just when you arrive.
Wear light, breathable kit โ Ditch the layers.
Listen to your body โ Modify, pause, sit it out if you need. No ego, just common sense.
Salt & electrolytes help โ If youโre sweating buckets, plain water wonโt cut it.
Weโre not cancelling the vibe, just adapting so you leave feeling strong, not wiped out.
