92edd I help people transform their bodies & mind by implementing a meat-based diet with hybrid training I have been training in the gym for over a decade.

I have seen and experienced a lot of different training techniques during this time. However, it is not all white and black. Through that time I have been struggling with addictions and nutrition. I realised that mind and body are connected when I started to notice the effects that my thoughts and emotions were having on my physical health. At the time I was too weak to change my emotional state.

So I started with physical health - nutrition and lifestyle. Tried different variations of diets. It was not working as I hoped it would. Until I found that mainstream media is completely wrong about what constitutes good nutrition. They tell us that we need to eat lots of carbs and sugars, that fat is bad for us, and that we need to avoid cholesterol at all costs. They tell us to eat more, even when we are already overweight. Shops are full of "healthy" processed foods that are anything but. Meat-based diet changed my life in some unbelievably positive way.

I think it's important not to get TOO HIGH in GOOD MOMENTS so that you are not TOO LOW in BAD MOMENTS and vice versa.

We all have unique strengths, weaknesses, and perspectives that make us who we are. It's important to recognize that and use it to our advantage rather than try and fit in someone else's shadow.

When we don't accept ourselves for who we are and instead try to live up to someone else's expectations, it can be difficult or even impossible to reach our full potential. Trying to be someone else puts a layer of insecurity over us when we don't know whether we can measure up to their standards. It can also lead to feelings of resentment and a lack of confidence in ourselves.

By embracing all the factors that make us who we are, we can begin to build self-acceptance and trust in our abilities, regardless of what other people might expect of us. We all want to be in control of our own lives and make the best decisions we can, but sometimes, our emotions get the best of us. This is when self control can become a key Life Skill. Self control isn't about denying or suppressing your emotions, it's about managing them so that you can make better decisions.

When you practice self control, you're able to separate your thoughts from your physical emotions, allowing you to think more objectively about any situation. This can help you to stay focused and make good choices. It also helps you to be more level-headed and less likely to do something rash that you might regret later.

Having self control is also a huge benefit in social situations. It helps you to restrain yourself from saying or doing something that might embarrass you in the future. Many of us strive to be successful, but all too often, we tend to overlook the simple fact that success often comes from gradual, consistent effort and dedication.

It’s easy to come up with big ideas and plans, but it’s the small actions taken on a daily basis that really make a difference. Even if those actions seem insignificant, they add up and contribute to our end goals.

Think of it this way, imagine you have a puzzle of 1,000 pieces that you need to assemble. If you take it one step at a time, it will look overwhelming. But don't worry, if you take it slow and steady, each piece adds up to the next until finally you have a completed puzzle.

The same concept applies to success. Reaching success is like assembling an complicated puzzle. It takes time, patience, and repeated steps over time to see the results. No matter your goal or ambition, the path to achieving it is likely going to require consistency and commitment.
