We are a social badminton club, running on Friday evenings (7pm-9pm), welcoming players of all capabilities, from beginners to advanced! For two hours of play, all we ask for is £4 to put towards court fees & shuttles each week. However, your first session is absolutely free! Although we used to play 'old rules', we now play modern rules of badminton, so anyone unsure and wanting to learn are welcome to play and will soon pick it up, no problem. We don't run any competitions but have fun/competitive games between us and offer advice on techniques, skills and the game of badminton in general (positioning, placement, court movement, rules and regulations), if interested. Putting technical stuff aside, we are a fun, social club who thoroughly enjoy playing badminton and welcoming newcomers to the game!
