We are aware of the current heatwave, but so far, our event will go ahead.

Choosing a field where there are multiple trees for shade was an important factor, and we provide water sprays, water stations and are going to be selling doggy ice-cream!

Following on from yesterday’s fun classes, Saturdays Collie classes will include, Puppy to Junior (up to 18 Months), rough collie open and rescue class. Forms available on the day.

Collie Chaos is nearly upon us. Just a reminder of the details for Saturday.

We will start at 10.30am and finish at 3.00pm on Saturday 11th July. The event is taking place in the beautiful grounds of Wath Hall, Church Street, Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham, S63 7RE.

Not long now for Collie Chaos 2026!

Saturday looks like we will be blessed with beautiful weather. What better way to showcase these amazing dogs. Come along and support this great event if you have the chance.

There will be something for all dogs, as well as their humans! – Agility arena, Ian’s Owls, Hero Paws, Morris Minors Dancers, Dog Shows, Raffles, Tombola’s, Artisan Stalls, and much, much more. Phew. Who’s coming along? Let us know in the comments. Hope to see you all soon.

Collie Chaos began to showcase the amazing rough collie breed, becoming one of the best community-based events in the region. This year sees a packed programme which starts at 10.30am.

Various dog shows, with classes open to all breeds, educational bird of prey displays, The Doghouse training and agility arena, Hero Paws, who support retired service dogs and the Wath Morris Minors are just some of the events happening at the event.

Refreshments, including doggie ice-cream, will be available, along with stalls, raffles and tombolas. More will be added to the programme, so check back often. The show is open to all breeds. The Mayor of Rotherham will open the show.

Collie Chaos began in 2015, initially at Carsington Water, but now held in the beautiful grounds of the historic Wath Hall.

The event is a chance for our collie community to come together to showcase these fabulous dogs. Over the years the event has grown to become one of the best community events in the region.

All dog breeds are welcome.

My love of rough collies came from my first rescue. They are clever, loving, loyal and can be very stubborn - every collie is different with different personalities.

Wath Morris Minors are a young Morris Dancing team par excellence! These youngsters are carrying on the tradition of morris dancing. They will be dancing at Wath Collie Chaos 2026. Catch them if you can, you will not be disappointed.
