I’m here to help with 1:1 PT and supportive small group classes for all wonderful women. I wasn’t someone who grew up loving fitness. And I didn’t up and walk into the gym feeling super confident - in fact, entering a gym in the first place was a task in itself. For years, my relationship with exercise was stop-start—I thought cardio was the only way to stay fit and avoided weights entirely, terri

fied they’d make me “bulky.” I felt awkward, intimidated, and like I didn’t belong. Then, after years of a bit of hit and miss training and finding the right trainer, I gave strength training a bash- and it changed everything. My body got stronger (not bulky!), every day tasks became easier… but what surprised me most was the impact on my mind. It gave me mental space, clear focus and a quiet confidence I hadn’t known in years. I felt steadier, stronger - more like me. I was a better mum, wife and friend for it… and… I was just nicer to be around! And that’s why I’m here now - to create the kind of space I wish I’d had when I first began. No pressure, no judgment, no shouting. Just support, encouragement, a few laughs, and genuine warmth from someone who truly gets it and has your back, no matter what your goals look like. Whether you're brand new to training, getting back into it after a break, or just keen to try something new - you’re welcome here, exactly as you are. No matter what form it comes in, hearing how training makes a difference to my clients always hits home. But these words… they honestly got me right in the feels.

I absolutely LOVE being a PT. Helping women feel stronger (mentally and physically), more confident, proud of what their bodies can do is everything to me!

Messages like this remind me exactly why I do what I do. Grateful to be your PT and grateful for you!

I’m not usually one for before & afters…they’re a powerful marketing tool for many PT’s but it’s just not my style (no shade). I’ll never ask you to send me photos of yourself or step on the scales to check on your progress. Photos can be a really powerful way for clients to keep track of their own progress but I will never ask you to share these with me.

That said… when a client feels proud and wants to share I’ll always celebrate it with them. And Sarah deserves the biggest shout-out!

Sarah’s been training with me since the end of May, keeping up 3–4 sessions a week, with a mix of PT sessions and programmed workouts. Every 6 weeks we’ve re-programmed to keep her interested and keep progress moving in the right direction. She’s stayed committed and consistent throughout with a couple of weeks off here and there for well deserved holidays.

Sarah’s goal was changing her body composition and loosing some body fat and she’s absolutely smashing it, all without being overly restrictive but putting in 110% effort. Sarah already ate well, so minimal nutrition tweaks needed …the real magic has happened through strength training…LIFTING HEAVY, progressive overload and being consistent with her training week on week.

Her form is 🔥 her consistency incredible and she’s reaping all of the well earned gains for her work.

Patience, consistency, lifting heavy and putting up with my dodgy dancin’ pays off 🤣

🌟 NEW CLASS LAUNCH + OPENING PARTY! 🌟

I’m so excited to introduce YO-LIFTS — my brand new kettlebell strength class designed for all fitness levels. It’s all about feeling strong, moving with confidence and having a loada fun while doing it! 💪✨

To kick things off - I’m hosting a special launch session and party next Thursday evening (26th June) and I’d LOVE for you to join me!
