fied they’d make me “bulky.” I felt awkward, intimidated, and like I didn’t belong. Then, after years of a bit of hit and miss training and finding the right trainer, I gave strength training a bash- and it changed everything. My body got stronger (not bulky!), every day tasks became easier… but what surprised me most was the impact on my mind. It gave me mental space, clear focus and a quiet confidence I hadn’t known in years. I felt steadier, stronger - more like me. I was a better mum, wife and friend for it… and… I was just nicer to be around! And that’s why I’m here now - to create the kind of space I wish I’d had when I first began. No pressure, no judgment, no shouting. Just support, encouragement, a few laughs, and genuine warmth from someone who truly gets it and has your back, no matter what your goals look like.
