Sunday Funday 🩷

A 40 minutes AMRAP. Lots of sweat. Zero regrets. 💪🏽🥵💦

Kicked off Sunday with a HYROX class alongside some great friends. It was tough, sweaty, and exactly the kind of session that reminds you why exercise is so good for both body and mind.

No matter how hard it feels at the time, there's always that feeling afterwards that makes it worth it. 🔥💪🏽

Now it's time to recover and get ready for the week ahead🩷✌🏽

What a bank holiday weekend so far ☀️😎 This gorgeous weather makes all the difference!! After a week of being all systems go, it’s been nice to slow the pace down a little.

My long weekend has been spent camping in Wales 🏕️, enjoying the sunshine and amazing vibes at Neighbourhood Weekender on Sunday 🎶, and today is all about family time 🩷

It's going to be a hot one today, so stay hydrated, apply the sunscreen and enjoy it! ☀️💦

A little glimpse into this week’s training 💪🏽

Plus accessory work, lat pull downs & my spin class… which somehow never made it onto camera 😅

I might not have secured HYROX Birmingham tickets, but the training doesn’t stop. My full focus is on The Girl Games in 2 weeks 👊🏽

Training is all about consistency — sticking to the basics, lifting weights, moving the body, getting the steps in, and showing up even when no one’s watching.

And honestly… I cannot wait for my sports massage next week 🙌🏽

I've just had a realisation… 😄

My niece proudly collects squirrel badges on her jumper and swim badges on her kit… meanwhile I’m out here with a gym bag covered in HYROX and event patches like the grown-up version of the exact same thing 😂🏅

Turns out we never really grow out of collecting achievements — the badges just get sweatier 💪🏽🎽

Every patch has a story behind it: early mornings, tough sessions, sore legs, good people, and crossing finish lines.

Has anyone else got a ‘grown-up badge collection’? 👀

Same run. Same shorts. Same body.
Two different angles.

One photo shows bumps and cellulite, the other doesn’t — and that’s exactly the point.

Bodies move, flex, wrinkle, sweat, perform and carry us through hard training sessions.
They do not need to look ‘perfect’ to be strong, capable and athletic.

Im back training for the next HYROX race and today’s sunshine run reminded me: wear the shorts.
Run the miles.
Lift the weights.
Take up the space 💖

Confidence doesn’t come from having a flawless body — it comes from appreciating what your body can DO. ☀️🏃‍♀️💪🏽

Some weeks test you more than others — this week has definitely been one of those.

Looking forward to getting out for a run later, clearing the mind, and resetting for next week. Movement is always good for the soul🏃🏽‍♀️

I’ll be finishing coaching at 12:30 today and will reply to any messages when I’m back on Monday.

What a gorgeous Sunday 😎☀️

After Monday’s HYROX race, this week has been all about gentle movement and battling a full-blown cold 🤧
Today’s intense HYROX session was exactly what my body needed — blood pumping, energy restored, and mindset reset 💪🔥

Finished it off with a 90-minute walk 🐾 and now I’m feeling ready for the week ahead.
