What I learned from competing in my first ATHX GAMES ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Thanks to HYROX who basically created this fitness racing space people have now started to look elsewhere. HYROX is and will remain the pinnacle event for years and maybe decades to come however thanks to the introduction of it people now have the confidence to explore other fitness competition avenues. Some for that fight to win, and others (most people) to enjoy taking to the floor of an environment where people are serious and hold the same mindset however they just want to do their relative best and have a great time.

I loved it and would reccomend it and do it again. The organization was top notch, waves started on time, we all knew what we were doing and where we were going with allocated lane numbers which also makes it very spectator friendly.

It can be tough to hold back sometimes but itโ€™s key for progress to do so.

Turn up to a class and blast the guys through the session, anyone can do that! The lower intensity work maybe isnโ€™t as fun but itโ€™s a vital component for well-being and progressโ€ฆ๐Ÿคฉ
