We all know the tips that are meant to keep us on track:

✅ Protein at breakfast and lunch
✅ Half your plate veg
✅ Don’t forget the healthy fats

And they work. There’s science and everything.

But your life doesn’t exist in a vacuum (unfortunately), and neither does the way you eat.

Because food’s never just been fuel. It’s been comfort, celebration, and the thing you’re not allowed to enjoy too much - sometimes all in the same day.

Honestly? It’s giving “on/off boyfriend at 17” energy. Never quite ready to commit, weirdly jealous if you look elsewhere, and somehow still 80% of the reason you felt like s**t back then.

But you’re not 17 anymore (RIP to the metabolism, hello to the wisdom). You get to choose differently now.

Which starts with actually hearing what your body’s telling you, instead of letting your emotions run the whole show every time the day gets messy.

Inside DITCH THE DIETS, I’ll walk you through exactly how to do that.

3 days. £33.

No more diets, no more second-guessing, no more biscuits getting interrogated for crimes they didn’t commit.

Comment or DM DITCH and I’ll send you the details.

DM or comment DITCH and I’ll show you how to stop reacting to every single moment of boredom, or stress, or tiredness…with food.

I know EXACTLY what’s happening when you do this (not because I’m a mind reader, but because this used to be me).

Even if you’ve been “good” with food lately (there’s a bikini on a beach to prep for, right) - there’s always that possibility floating around that you’ll throw it all out the window any second. A stressful week. Your boss being an arse. A sick kid at home.

And instead of pausing to look at the bigger pattern when this happens, your brain jumps straight to the old story: “See? You have no control. This is why you need rules.”

So then you end up doing exactly what you always do: get back to tracking your food, motivate yourself with guilt, and DEFINITELY eat everything tempting in the house now so it doesn’t derail you later.

Because that’s what keeps you good and honest, right?

Except… that logic? Isn’t logic. It’s a reactive habit loop.

A loop that says: “When you’re free around food, it goes to s**t. So you can’t be free.”

But if there’s a part of you right now that’s tired of that voice. That’s dreading another “bikini body diet sprint”. That wants to be able to make healthy decisions around food without it taking up so much of the space in your brain.

…then it’s time to do things differently my friend.

Because you already know that doing the same thing again isn’t going to change how you feel next month. Or in six months. Or this time next year.

We’re about to break this reactive habit loop inside DITCH THE DIETS.

Not by taking away the rules overnight. But by helping you understand why the loop keeps repeating.

And then giving you the tools to start responding to life, emotions and the internal voice that keeps derailing you - in a way that puts you in the drivers seat with food, gets you off the diet rollercoaster and makes the healthier choices that actually support your goals so much easier.

Over 3 days I’ll teach you my REACT >>> RESPOND method and give you individual coaching to help you put it into practice.

We start Tuesday.

You launched a big project at work just last week. You juggled sports day, teachers presents and that day your kid forgot his lunch. You’re amazing at keeping your s**t together.

So how come underneath all of this there’s a constant hum around food?

👉 What you already ate (and feel guilty about).
👉 What you’re going to eat (and where you can save a few calories to treat yourself to a glass of wine tonight).
👉 How you’re going to lose that pesky half a stone before you go on holiday.

It’s the one thing that you can’t seem to cross off the list as a job well done.

Because how tf can you be so on it in so many areas of your life and yet still feel constantly on edge here?

But this feeling is definitely not crazy.

It’s just what happens when for decades food has been both the thing that comforts you AND the thing that needs to be controlled.

Which has had you living in REACTION mode - keeping you constantly on alert and in a cycle that is prioritising your comfort in the moment over the goals you have for yourself and the healthier relationship you want to have with food.

That’s why inside DITCH THE DIETS I’m taking you from REACT >>> RESPOND. So you can step out of the constant monitoring, managing and mental negotiation - and into a state where the noise doesn’t need to be managed any more because it no longer exists.

We start next week and you can join now for just £33. DM or comment DITCH and I’ll send the details straight to your DMs.

👉 1 quick action bonus space left.

You’ve tried to give up diets before. Intuitive eating, being more mindful, everything in moderation.

But instead of the ease around food and better choices you were looking for, you just felt lost. Like someone had taken away the only map you knew how to read.

So you ricocheted back to the super not-fun diet rollercoaster again - because at least then you knew where you stood.

Problem is - it still hasn’t solved the the thing you’ve been sitting on for way too long. How to feel more free around food, how to just eat 2 biscuits instead of the whole packet, and how to make it stop taking up so much damn brain space…but without feeling completely directionless.

But getting there isn’t about ditching the rules and THEN figuring out what’s next.

It’s about learning to move from REACTION to RESPONSE.

Because a life of diets has taught you to stay in a reactive state where the on it / off it whiplash is real. And decisions get made from the part of you that’s designed to keep you comfortable in the here and now, but doesn’t give even the tiniest sh*t about your bigger goals.

So instead, we teach you in a couple of simple steps to access that part of you that makes decisions based on your greater good.

And instead of actions just automatically happening TO you, you actually start to get a say in the matter that finally matches to the goals you have and the way you want to experience food.

It’s not that diets are the only way - it’s just that they’re the only path that’s available to you right now.

We’re going to change that inside DITCH THE DIETS.

DM or comment DITCH and I’ll send you the details on exactly how we’ll finally get you out of diet mode and back in the driving seat. So your choices start matching your actual goals instead of your most urgent feelings.

09/06/2026

If you’re honest, it feels like your body is betraying you. You’re doing all the things you’re “supposed to”.

In fact you’ve been doing it for decades (if you’re counting).

This is not how it’s meant to be. Because you’re not someone who just blindly follows a plan and hopes it works. You’ve put the effort into doing your research, understanding why belly fat shows up uninvited in your 40s, and that strength training is the gold standard.

Yet somehow it never quite seems to translate into the results or consistency that you want - or the peace you thought you’d feel in your body if you just put in enough effort and discipline.

The thing is that those heels became redundant the moment you realised you were actually “allowed” to be comfortable. And the same applies to food and your body.

You’re allowed to kick off the discomfort of diets too.

And no - it doesn’t mean giving up on yourself. Or resigning yourself to feeling s**t about your body. And it definitely doesn’t mean eating everything in sight and hoping for the best.

It means recognising that the woman you are now deserves a better approach. You swapped the heels for trainers because you gave yourself permission to be comfortable. DITCH THE DIETS is where you do the same thing with food.

Three days of coaching where I’ll show you exactly why the effort keeps failing to translate - and walk you through my React to Respond method, so you can finally make choices that support your goals. Not because you’re being stricter with yourself. But because you’ve stopped reacting and started actually listening.

If you’re ready for a relationship with food that fits the woman you’ve become - not one that depends on restriction and discipline to work, comment DITCH and I’ll send you the details.

£33 - starts Tuesday 23rd June.

08/06/2026

It’s almost like knowing what to do bears absolutely no relationship to the choices you actually end up making.

Not because you’re lacking in knowledge, or haven’t done your research.

But because in the decades you’ve spent trying to get your body to do what you want it to, it feels like you’ve got further and further away from what that body actually needs.

So now you’re left with the question - “how the f*ck do I even eat in a way that serves me any more?”

But I already know that you do know.

It’s just that years of outsourcing decisions on what goes into your body has buried the internal voice that is able to make the best possible choices - the ones that actually support your goals rather than sabotaging them.

That’s why inside DITCH THE DIETS, we don’t add more information to the pile. Instead we go underneath it.

To find the voice that decades of dieting buried - the one that actually knows whether…

⁉️ You’re hungry or overwhelmed
⁉️ You want the biscuit or just need 5 minutes of quiet
⁉️ That’s physical hunger or the 4pm wall hitting you sideways

Because that voice hasn’t gone anywhere. It’s just been drowned out by rules, plans and the constant noise of trying to “get it right”.

Ditch the Diets - Three days of coaching on Telegram. £33. Starts 23rd June. Spaces are limited.

If you’re ready to stop outsourcing your food decisions to a plan - and start trusting the voice that was there all along - DM or comment DITCH and I’ll send you the details.

We all know the tips and tricks and hacks for making healthy choices.

✅ Plenty of protein at breakfast and lunch
✅ Half your plate filled with veg
✅ And don’t forget those healthy fats

And you know what? They work. There’s actual science behind it and everything.

Problem is your life doesn’t exist in a vacuum. And that means the way you eat doesn’t either.

And food is about so much more than just sustenance. So when your internal and/or external world is tipped into overwhelm, or overthinking or all the messy, busy stuff, then your relationship with food and your body often goes along for the ride too.

Not because it’s inevitable, but because for as long as you can remember food has been both devil and angel. One day the thing that needs to be controlled and tracked and managed. The next, something that sits alongside you to comfort, console and celebrate.

It’s exactly this inconsistency that pulls us into the vortex.

Like that on/off boyfriend you had when you were 17 who was never quite ready to commit, while also being super jealous the moment you got with another guy.

Giving you just enough to keep you hopeful, even though 80% of the time he made you feel like s**t.

But you’re not 17 any more.

You’re a grown ass woman. And that means you get to choose better for yourself.

And right now, you’re in full REACTION mode. The stress of the day hits, you walk through the door and before you know it you’re 3 squares of chocolate in.

It’s not because the lunch wasn’t filling enough, and it’s nothing to do with willpower. It’s just a pattern that’s been running on autopilot for so long you’ve stopped questioning it.

Inside DITCH THE DIETS that’s exactly what we change.

I’ll show you how to spot the moment the reaction kicks in - and how to create just enough space to choose differently. Not through more rules, but by finally understanding what’s driving the pattern so you can actually interrupt it.

Join me for 3 days of coaching* for £33. DM or comment DITCH and I’ll send you the details.

*I’ve set this up to be totally flexible, so you don’t need to be available at specific times.

Of course, when you eat more protein you stay fuller for longer. That’s biology.

But try telling that to the woman who had the perfect high protein day, but still ate half a pack of chocolate hobnobs at 9pm.

Because - newsflash - you’re not a lab experiment. You’re a woman with a history.

👉 You’ve lived through “nothing tastes as good as skinny feels”
👉 You watched celebs bodies get torn apart in the name of “journalism”
👉 And you learnt that the only way to feel good about yourself was to get on that diet

And that means that all this kind of advice does (scientifically sound as it may be) is give you a complex that says “I must be doing it all wrong”.

Because if it’s so bloody simple, why the hell can’t you just DO IT?

And so the endless loop of diets and disappointment stays put.

Which is why inside DITCH THE DIETS I’m not about to give you a new list of “tried and tested strategies” that will finally make the diet work.

Instead we’re changing the conversation altogether.

By showing you how you’re currently trapped in the REACTION - which keeps feeding this loop - and coaching you to step instead into the RESPONSE.

Because once you start responding to your body, and you understand exactly how to create the space for the rational decisions which actually support your goals, those strategies actually start working.

So there’s less “9pm biscuit binge” and more “a cup of tea will do just nicely”.

Want to learn why you’re in reaction and how to start stepping into the response instead? Just DM or comment DITCH and I’ll send you the details.

03/06/2026

I get it - you’ve told yourself time and again that you never want your own kids to witness what you did.

You don’t want to pass on the exact same insecurities. Because you know full well that seeing your own Mum go through that? It’s one of the things that set you off on the diet rollercoaster you’re on to this very day.

So instead, you do it covertly.

👉 You make damn sure you never say negative things about your body while they’re in earshot.

👉 At dinner time you don’t say you’re dieting - you just don’t “feel like” having pasta today.

👉 And you’re already panicking about what you’re going to wear on the beach this summer while joking about “mummy’s squishy tummy”.

But the pattern doesn’t get broken because you keep silent about it (while secretly keeping your fingers crossed that the next diet will solve everything).

It gets broken when you’re ready to finally deal with the decades of conditioning that have convinced you that your body will NEVER be good enough.

So you can step onto that beach in the summer without the weeks of worry beforehand. You can make healthy choices that feel totally natural. And you can finally say nice things about your body and MEAN IT.

That’s why I created DITCH THE DIETS - because I know you’re ready to be done with this b******t.

Not only because you know it’s not working any more, but also because you’re ready to finally break the pattern and feel good in your skin (in a way that decades of diets never did).

DM or comment DITCH and I’ll send you the details.
