Hot off the email: ✉️
“Dorset Mini Soccer and Dorset Youth League have made the difficult decision to postpone the start of the season, due to drought and conditions of the pitches and a number of pitches not been made available.”

As a club this isn’t the news we were hoping for but the children will remember the summer of 2026 being one without rain ☔️during their school holiday.

Managers will keep you all informed as and when we receive any updates.

Today our U13’s hosted a friendly against Europa Titans. Coaching staff, players and supporters were a delight to welcome to Wareham.

The Titans are newly promoted into the Oxfordshire FA Div 1.
They are originated from the Europa school which is a multinational, multilingual European education school.
They wanted to experience Dorset with their team and see the sites outside Oxfordshire. They heard that Wareham Youth was up and running again so fancied organising a match.

We had a busy weekend at the Rec, with 6 of our teams all stepping out to do the Rangers badge proud!

Special mention to the U11's who put on an impressive display in the Semi final of the Cup!

It was great to have so many of our teams in action this weekend, tackling the changing weather to deliver some solid football performances.

We are already planning ahead for next season as team entry and league registrations begin.

Our current U10’s who will be joining Dorset Youth League as of Sept 26 are an established team looking to expand skill set and also have the exciting opening for a permanent Goal Keeper.

Our U11's had a Quarter final match today, despite going 1-0 down they fought back to secure the win and a place in the Semi finals.
