You don’t have to meal prep dry chicken and soggy broccoli in Tupperware to hit your nutrition goals.

Being busy is all part of a realistic lifestyle, having hours to pre cook your meals on a morning sitting in your pants while preaching about the graft and living off Instagram β€œfitspo” plugs just isn’t realistic for a large majority of us who have proper jobs and real lives to lead.

This is a meal example I enjoy having its tasty and a decent hit of protein, all you need to use is a kettle too so ideal for them work lunches, also be sure to keep your eyes peeled there’s more of these to come 🍴

How to gain or lose weight?

To lose weight your body needs to be burning more calories than what you are consuming, this is called being in a Calorie Deficit

To gain weight you need to do the opposite, so you need to be eating more calories than what you are burning off, this is called being in a Calorie Surplus.

These two things are key to body composition πŸ”‘πŸ’ͺ
