Whilst we get some rare London sunshine, my brother and I sneak in some alley sprints 😅 ... the regret was almost instantaneous 🤢 HOWEVER! Whilst I may not be the fastest PT on the planet, I try to force myself to do these when I can as uphill angry sprints are so beneficial to almost everyone! So get out there and get moving! 🤙

STRETCHING! 🙌
If you don’t stretch, be prepared to stiffen up a little more each year 😬 I always heard those older than me tell me how important it was to stretch out those muscles I smash each week, and did I listen? 🤔 I did not. However, I have learnt the hard way that stretching is so so important, and now I stretch (almost) every day for 20 minutes. Simple as that 🤙

I love my job 😁
As a PT, to be good at it, you’ve got to have a real passion for health, as well as seeing your clients really enjoy their results 💪 Here are Paul & Liz, two of my longest serving clients, who’ve since become great friends... even inviting me out to hit the Alps with them ⛷ Since they’ve started, they’ve got fitter, healthier and lighter, and actually enjoyed the process!
