Body Fit Camp Body Fit Camp delivers fun outdoor fitness classes in Roding Valley Park. We welcome all fitness levels into a friendly atmosphere.

I'm a mum of 2, have been into fitness for 15 years+ and now I want to help others either achieve their goals or fitness.

Hi everyone, I'm Bridget and I have recently started running OUTDOOR HITT and BOOTCAMP classes.
I'm in my forties, have 2 amazing kids, have been into fitness for over 20 years and in 20015 I qualified as a PT/instructor.
I train 5-6x per week consisting of strength training, running, and conditioning. I love feeling fit and strong as being active for my kids is very important.
My classes are suitable for all abilities. Both classes will always be different and equipment used could include kettlebells, TRX, weighted plate, medicine ball, agility ladder, and cones.
We meet at Roding Valley Park in the tennis courts behind Nightingale Primary School after school drop off on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 9.00AM. Monday and Thursday evening is at 7pm.
I'm open to adding more classes, just send me a message.
