7 plates a side for 6 reps💪🏼

A PB is always going to feel great, but seeing Jay's reaction afterwards might have been my favourite part.

Having people around you who genuinely want to see you do well is pretty special. Whether that's in the gym, your career, or life in general.

The people who celebrate your wins, encourage you when things get tough, and remind you what you're capable of are the ones you want to keep close.

That kind of energy is something everyone deserves around them❤️

Apparently fitness coaches are supposed to survive on chicken, rice and broccoli every day...

I know. Shocking.

But the reality is, I do snack, and I'm all about balance.

I enjoy chocolate, biscuits with my coffee, popcorn, fruit, yoghurt and all the things you've just seen, plus a few others.

Over the years I've got pretty good at finding swaps that satisfy the craving without sending my calories through the roof.

So instead of feeling like I can't have a chocolate bar, I'll often grab a mini one.

Instead of cutting out snacks altogether, I'll choose options that keep me satisfied and fit my goals.

Not every snack needs to be a protein bar.

Not every food choice needs to be "perfect".

For me, sustainable fat loss has always been about finding a way of eating that you can enjoy and stick to for the long term.

We think nothing of spending money on things that give us instant gratification.

A coffee.
A takeaway.
A new outfit.
Another Amazon order.

And there's nothing wrong with any of those things.

But when it comes to investing in our health, confidence, strength, or wellbeing, that's often where the excuses start.

"Maybe next month."
"I'll do it when things calm down."
"I can't justify spending that on myself."

The reality is, investing in yourself isn't just a financial commitment.

It's a commitment to showing up.
To prioritising yourself.
To believing you're worth the effort.

At some point, you have to stop saying "one day" and decide you're worth investing in today.

Because the longer you wait, the longer you stay exactly where you are.

And if you're ready to stop putting yourself at the bottom of the list, drop me a "READY" and let's chat💪🏼

Wearing all Oner Active fits of course🤍

I was focused on training, but Jay was focused on the quadness🔥

"Quadness."
"Inner quadness."
"High quadness."

And apparently..."Tasty legs." 🤣🦵

The goal was to get stronger.

The bonus was the confidence that came with it.
Because when you start proving to yourself what you're capable of in the gym, you stop doubting yourself quite so much outside of it too🤍

Healthy sibling competition at its finest😅

I don't think this challenge is over just yet...

Round 2 coming soon💪

We all talk about finding the right person.

But the right person isn't just someone you love. It's someone who supports you, believes in you, and reminds you what you're capable of when you're ready to quit.

Real support isn't forced. It isn't fake. It's shown in the little things, day after day.

The encouragement. The belief. The "come on, you've got one more rep."

Because the people around you can either pull you towards your goals or push you closer to them.

I'm grateful to have someone who always encourages me to be better.

If you've got someone like that in your corner, you're lucky ❤️

If you'd asked me 10 years ago what my life would look like in my mid-thirties, I probably would have painted a very different picture.

The truth is, life hasn't gone exactly how I planned.

I've experienced heartbreak, had to start over, changed direction, taken risks, and questioned myself more times than I can count.

There are things I thought I'd have by now that I don't.

But there are also things I have today that my younger self never even dreamed of.

I've learned that happiness doesn't come from ticking boxes by a certain age.

It doesn't come from following the same timeline as everyone else.

It comes from building a life that feels true to you.

A life that's aligned with your values, your goals, and the person you're becoming.

So if you've ever felt like you're behind, this is your reminder:

There is no perfect timeline.

You're not late.

You're not failing.

You're simply writing a different story.

And that's more than okay 🖤
