Be FIT - Personal Training Ben Edwards, a 31 yr old, diploma qualified Advanced Personal Trainer. I have a Armed Forces and a Rugby Union background.

I'm currently training clients in the Putney/Southfields area outside of normal working hours, mornings and evenings. I specialize in strength and conditioning but am experienced in many types of training. Whether you're an experienced athlete or a complete novice I'll design the right program that suits your level of fitness and commitments, be it work or family. I offer a range of services inclu
