We must be accountable for the good and bad things that come our way and choose to focus on the positive outcomes not the negatives. Turn all new challenges into possibilities - you’ll get there in the end.

“Judge no one, just improve yourself.”

They say don’t judge a book by its cover but it’s organic for us as humans to cast judgements on others isn’t it? It’s a sad really.

One thing I continue to remember is to be positive and kind to myself because this is my journey.

Focus on improving yourself because you are your own competition.

Keep on going and going until you get what you want to achieve. Don’t allow any negative thoughts or surroundings deter you from your end goal.

Be brave ✅
Be committed ✅
Be resilient ✅
Be kind to yourself ✅

It’s never too late to get what you deserve because no one is going to do it for you. Showing absolute persistence is worth it.

“Remember why you started.”

Happy new month all! The penultimate month of the year, a month before Christmas and not too long until 2024!

Remember when you started absolutely resonates me. I reflect on all my gym sessions over the years - the gruelling ones, the not so great ones and the ones bursting with energy. I’m still here and remain consistent.

Gym really has become an instrumental part of my routine and quite frankly It’s fun to me - a fundamental lifestyle change.

Hope we can inspire those who wish to start their fitness journey at Abi’s Fitness and beyond. Have a great November.
