My ‘Go To’ morning protein smoothie. Adjust the vanilla protein powder scoop amount accordingly to your sweetness level as it can be super sweet.
Ingredients:
Handful sizes:
Handful Frozen Pineapple
1 handful Spinach
3/4 Banana
1 heap (adjust accordingly depending on how sweet you like it) Vanilla flavoured protein powder
1/2 Teaspoon Spiralina (strong flavour again adjust accordingly)
Almond milk to level
Blend!
