The review deserves the same attention.

At the end of the day, a few questions to ask yourself:

What actually happened?
What did I notice?
What worked well?
What could I have handled differently?
What did I learn about them?
What did I learn about myself?
What do I want to carry into tomorrow?

Preparation gives us direction.

Reflection helps us evolve.

Take thirty seconds.

Think about your day.

Where did pressure make you speed up?

• At work?
• In a difficult conversation?
• When making a decision?
• During a presentation?

Now ask yourself another question.

What happened when you deliberately slowed down?

Maybe you listened more.

Maybe you thought more clearly.

Maybe you noticed something you would have otherwise missed.

The goal of The 10% Rule™ isn’t to remove pressure.

It’s to create enough space to respond differently to it.

Self-awareness often begins with noticing.

Run the reflection. Notice what you learn.

Take one breath.

Speak slightly slower.

Pause for one extra second.
