this are basic kung fu stances - posture, traditionally first lesson to learn and improve basic stances then if person achieved and perform for a time period then kung fu would be thought but now, this is very rear. In general pay money learn kung fu movements, as a result this, weak foundation and not disciplined, lose , show off kung fu performance - skill, no pain no gain, no sweat no sweet, and no short cuts in kung fu.
