To help with overwhelm, we have broken down the course to easy to learn and bite-sized chunks, and if you wish to progress, we have a reward system that rewards you on your well-learnt certificates of completion. The Empower project is a self-defence programme centred around Krav Maga as a basis, however other styles are also considered to manage diffe
