One of our Spartan Ladies this weekend, welcome done Sam.

Done the 10K Winter walk for EndometriosisUK

Am completely shattered now (spot the difference between the before and after pics lol) and im fully expecting ill be walking like John Wayne in the morning.

I am so proud of myself. This is a big achievement for me and considerably more than I would've imagined I could do

At Sparta you don't have to grade but if you want to we help you get there....BUT remember IKMF Krav Maga first is about Self-Defence.

Spartan Ladies meet up every 6-8 weeks for a ladies ONLY class.

KMF Stay Away program(3 hour workshop) was ran today with 16 great ladies participating at our Aldridge location in May 2025.

We had a mix of Spartan ladies and ladies that are never experienced Krav Maga before.

An extremely challenging workshop with pressure drills added  into the mix -We added five more ladies to the Spartan club.
