Day 1 up at 6 and sauna suit on for a 1hr work down the canal, slow steps this time for me but really enjoyed it didn’t see a soul though

Sorry for the delay, but with the disappointment of England getting knocked out and me having an op ive forgot to announce the winner of our World Cup sweepstake.

Steve from 1st Time Fix - Gas, Plumbing & Heating Ltd had Spain and has won the money.
