Meet us outside Sports Direct Fitness Croydon at 10am ready to warm up.
The first session is only £5 per person.
Remember to bring water and appropriate outdoor exercise gear - expect to sweat buckets!

Meet the Coaches (Part One)!

Andrew MPHARM is a certified Personal Trainer and currently Head Coach and Author for the Heroic Training Group where he coaches and educates a wide range of clients from amateur musicians to healthcare professionals. Prior to focussing on his fitness career Andrew worked for the NHS with experience in both hospital and community pharmacy professions. He has a keen passion for fitness and strongly believes that with the right support, anyone can achieve their goals if they put their mind & effort into it.

Hi Everyone!

ABSolute Fitness Circuit Classes will be held on Sunday mornings starting in July so free up your calendars!

Circuits will normally be held at Wilson's School Sports Hall but the first few sessions will be held outdoors near Sports Direct Fitness Croydon. The exact location and timing of the class will be released shortly so stay tuned if you want to unleash your athletic potential 💪🏼
