CROYDON PIRATES
LONDON BASEBALL TOURNAMENT
This weekend was the return of the Croydon Pirates London Tournament, with 12 teams of AA and triple AAA teams from the league..
There was some awesome games played during the 2 days and a lot of good food and drink consumed.
A big thank you to the Barbeque and Taco people,your food was excellent.
A big thank you to Mark Bonney and all the other Pirates that helped organise and run the tournament, there is to many of you to name you all.But you all have done a fantastic job.Thank you for bringing back after 6 years off, A tournament that I am proud to say was as good as any off the Tournaments of old. I have been with the team since 1997 and have helped run many tournaments in those years,and I can say with pride that you all made this weekend the success it was.
And well done to the winning teams.
Croydon Pirates who won the London tournament trophy. And will update this message with the other team name.
And a great well done to Tim Ssalli for winning the Home run Derby. Some great hitting by all who participated.
