UFCA Legend returns ✍🏼

The club are delighted to announce the signing of Jack Lane

No stranger to the club, Lane was inducted into the hall of fame in 2024 for 10 years service to the club, having joined in 2013 and developed through the academy, into the scholars and onto the senior team where he was part of the double winning team that secured the league and county cup.

After a short time away, we are delighted to have him back!!

NEW SIGNING ✍🏼

We are delighted to announce the signing of alex_charles19, the young fullback made an impressive debut in Saturdays 3-1 Victory vs Armthorpe.

At the age of 19, he has already had a lot of experience at Tadcaster, Thackley and more recently Knaresborough.

We’d like to thank Simon Parkes and for their support in getting Alex in.

Management says - “He has certainly hit the ground running and fits in with the group really well! He was very impressive on Saturday, not only with his quality, but also his organisational and leadership”

Another busy month this month as we have 7 games scheduled for September!
having a turbulent middle August in terms of results, the team managed to end August on a high with our 3-1 win against Armthorpe. We hope we can build on Saturday’s result and have a strong month 💪.

After Saturday’s win against Armthorpe Welfare, we spoke with Dawud Shendi who has only recently turned 16 and since then played for our first team.

Another frustrating evening for the lads as we come away with a 2-0 defeat after a very scrappy game. We had chances and opportunities to get ourselves on the scoresheet, but unfortunately we just couldn’t find that final touch to get the ball in the back of the net.
