Altofts AFC 4-3 Royal Oak FC

Congratulations Altofts on winning the Annual Charity Shield fixture, they have requested that their share of the donation go to Andys Man Club while Royal Oak FC have asked for their donation to be made to gofundme Page: Together for Becca – Fighting Brain Cancer.

The Wakefield Universal Leisure Saturday League would like to thank tonight’s match officials, Steve Lynch, Chris Adey and Mick Leadbeater for giving up their time and donating their match fees to the chosen charities.

In addition, the Wakefield Universal Leisure League would like to thank Crofton Community Centre and its staff for providing the hospitality for the players, management and staff of both clubs free of charge with their usual fee also being donated to charity.

Finally, we would like to thank all the spectators who came along this evening and helped raise some much needed funds for the club’s chose charities.
