After losing over 5 stone, fitness completely changed my life. It helped me build confidence, improve my mental health and become the best version of myself.
But I also remember exactly how intimidating gyms can feel when you’re starting out — and even when you’re a regular gym goer. Walking into a busy gym, not knowing what to do, and feeling like everyone is watching can be really overwhelming.
That’s exactly why I created Train With Tashh.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive and welcoming environment for complete beginners, people who lack confidence in the gym, and young people who may struggle with fitness at school or don’t enjoy traditional sports. I want to help build confidence, improve fitness and show that exercise can actually be enjoyable.
I offer free in-person consultations so we can chat about your goals and how I can help you get started.
Sessions can be 1–1 or 2–1, with flexible appointment times to fit around work, family and busy lifestyles, and pricing designed to be accessible so more people can start their fitness journey.
