❓Why am I at my own studio doing a class on my day off❓

✨ Because it makes me feel good physically and mentally.

✨ Because Debbie is an amazing instructor and I always enjoy her classes.

✨ To experience the class from a client’s perspective and reflect on what we do well and what we could do even better.

✨ Because I genuinely love Reformer Pilates.

And perhaps the biggest reason?

I can’t ask my clients to make time for their wellbeing if I’m not willing to do the same. 🤍
