💕Every day, I’m reminded why I love what I do.

To share music, movement, and laughter within community centres, village halls, gyms & nursing homes is such a privilege. Some are able to fully join in with the dancing, while others may simply wiggle a finger from their chair or bed — but every little movement matters, and every smile lights up the room.

There’s something truly special about the way music brings people together. It awakens memories, sparks conversation, encourages connection, and fills the room with joy and laughter. Watching faces light up as familiar songs play and old memories come flooding back is simply priceless.

It’s never about perfect moves or keeping in time — it’s about uplifting spirits, creating moments of happiness, and reminding one another that joy can always be found in togetherness.

The power of music and movement is incredible, and being able to witness that every single day is the reason I love my job so much🙏🏻
