Breadalbane Cricket Club is a community based Cricket club in Aberfeldy, Perthshire. During the summer months the club train on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in Victoria Park, Aberfeldy. 🏏 Breadalbane slipped to another defeat this afternoon against a strong Kinloch team who executed their match plan well. Thanks mainly to some strong running between the wickets, the home team amassed 209-8. However, it was a much improved fielding and bowling display from the Breadies, with Matt, Luke, and Deepal taking excellent catches, Matt pulling off a brilliant run out, and Glenn picking up 3 wickets.
In reply, Breadalbane struggled to put together any meaningful partnerships, with two partnerships of 32 between Matt and Luke and 32 between Mark and Luke being the only contributions of note. Under the pressure of constantly losing wickets, Luke's 86 out of a total of 130 was outstanding. Matt (20) was the only other player to reach double figures.

The Breadies must now dust themselves off before heading to Strathmore next week.
